    I am extremely pleased with our property manager, Kay. She has gone above and beyond for our community. She has even been able to help correct some things with our mail service. She is very fair, but also firm with our deed restrictions. Which is hard to have a good balance. Associa has been good about listening to the Board of Directors and resolving any problems we may have.

    I agreed with THIS IS KEVIN. If any of you don't feel comfortable in this school, please tell your parents to move to a better school because this school to me students are worthless and the teachers are really nice, caring, smart, and friendly.

    My partner and I were visiting his family and we always wanted to go and experience an evening at Departure Lounge. From the moment we stepped out of the elevator on the 15th floor our evening began with the great decor and the warm welcome from the staff. We got our cocktails and stepped out on the patio and enjoyed the skyline of the city. There were eight in our party and we had a Beautiful booth. We decided to just get small plates (a lot) and every plate was just an unbelievable experience from presentation to taste. The service was also excellent. Big shout out to the chef, amazing!!!!!

    I met Brian when I saw an interesting home listing in my neighborhood and was blown away by the job he was doing marketing it. Even though I had friends who were realtors in the area, none of them were doing the amazing things he had done to promote this house. Though I didn't buy that home, I used Brian as my buyer's agent when I did buy one and then listed my existing house with him when I sold it. I honestly can't say enough good things about the experience. He's thorough, professional and patient. Thank you, Brian.
